Aviana Resort Orlando is a gated vacation community that's well located for families who want to visit all the theme parks during their stay. Aviana is situated among 46 acres of tropical landscape with plenty of amenities that range from a wonderful clubhouse with its zero-entry, heated pool and spa that’s surrounded by a spacious sun deck to a gathering room, exercise room and sand volleyball court among others!  Located just off highway 17/92, this family resort gives great access to the parks, shops and restaurants in the area but most of all, for the golfers in your group you are only 1 mile to Providence Golf Club and Reunion (5 miles), Champions Gate (7 miles).

Swimming Pool and Spa
One of the main reasons you are renting a Disney Orlando pool home for your vacation is for the private pool!   It’s wonderful to walk outside and right out to your lanai.  No packing up the kids to take them to the one community pool in the resort, unless of course you want to.    This large lanai has a sparkling pool and a waterfall spa.   When you are done swimming you can soak up the Florida rays on the comfortable poolside lounge chairs or sit at the poolside table for a meal.  The backyard is semi private, your rear neighbors are not right outside your pool area, a welcome find for many of our guests.

Fully Equipped Kitchen 
The full size kitchen is equipped with all that you expect and want in your vacation rental including a gas stove!  

Living Area
The living room has two leather couches and a flat screen TV which makes it perfect to watch your favorite show, keep an eye on the swimmers in the pool and still manage to keep dinner cooking on the stove!   This is a wonderful layout for families who need more room and choices for things to do.

Game Room
Competition is good for the soul and in this vacation home you’ll have plenty of opportunity to play a game of pool or foosball against each other.    

Master Bedroom Suite 
This bright and spacious master bedroom has a king size bed as well as a private bathroom.  Complete with a flat screen TV this contemporary bedroom is fit for a king!

Second Master Bedroom 
A queen size bed is has a private bathroom and is spacious with a full dresser and nightstand plus your own television.

Third Bedroom
A second queen size bedroom with a private bathroom and television.

Fourth and Fifth Bedrooms
Each features two twin beds and TV.
